I began my career in California as an event planner, creating events from small, intimate gatherings for 20 people to large-scale galas for over 450. From this experience, I realized that I was always more interested in what the caterers were doing than the actual event planning, so I decided to follow my passion back to the kitchen.
I entered the Professional Culinary Institute in 2006. Since my transition to the food industry, I have cooked for individuals, families and companies as a personal chef, catered parties for up to 200 guests, and worked for various sized catering companies around the Bay Area.
My passion for cooking is inspired by fresh ingredients and the creative process in making new recipes. Whether it is working with individuals on a weekly meal plan, or cooking for a large scale events, nothing satisfies me more than cooking delicious healthy food and sharing it with others.
